Peoples First Savings Bank was founded in 1909 as a mutual savings and loan, supported by local businesses and community leaders. Today, Peoples First has grown as a community bank, and continues to have community leaders on our board of directors. As a mutual bank, each customer has a stake and ownership in Peoples First. Peoples First is an active member of our community, and proud sponsor of The Dragonfly Foundation and the Kiwanis Club.
Your Executive Team
Ryan McCurley has spent more than 26 years with Peoples First, moving up the ranks, learning and growing along the way. With his leadership, Peoples First has maintained its position as a rock solid, full-service banking institution, providing customers with a rich and personal experience - one that puts people first. Peoples First serves residents and businesses primarily in Warren and Hamilton Counties, as well as Butler County.
Ryan works at the Peoples First main office in Mason, oh. Deeply connected to the city and its people, he grew up as a child in the Mason community, attended Wright State University and is a past president of Mason Kiwanis.
Ryan, his wife, Teresa, and their children, Casie, Kristen and grandson Lane, moved to Springboro, Ohio in 2005 to be closer to Teresa's extensive family. Ryan has been a local high school basketball official for the past 37 years. When discussing his position at Peoples First, Ryan says, "I see first-hand how the majority of people want to live responsibly and be a part of the 'American Dream.' My faith in our country's future grows everyday."
With nearly forty years of banking experience, Jim leads the Peoples First lending department. Jim is dedicated to providing great customer service experience. Customers are encouraged to allow Jim and his lending staff to take the time to understand their personal or business needs. The Peoples First team, under Jim's direction, then develops efficient, personalized and effective solutions.
Jim is well versed in commercial and consumer credit, cash management services, merchant services, capital market services, public sector financing and credit risk management.
Jim and his wife Mary Lynn reside in Mason. Their four children and four grandchildren also live in the Southwest Ohio area. Jim enjoys time spent with and travel experiences with his family.
